These Messaging Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the SMS/text messaging program offered by Tencapteam4 Home Buyers ("we," "us," or "our"). By providing your mobile number and opting in through the chat widget on our website, you agree to these Terms.
1. Program Description
When you opt in, you will receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from Tencapteam4 Home Buyers related to selling or buying property — including cash offers, appointment reminders, transaction updates, and follow-up communications.
2. How to Opt In
You opt in by entering your mobile phone number and confirming consent through the chat widget on our website. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any property, product, or service.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. You may receive messages in response to your inquiry and periodic follow-ups about your property or property search.
4. Costs
Message and data rates may apply. Such charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. We do not charge for the messages themselves. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your text or data plan.
5. How to Opt Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number from which you received our messages. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation message, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again.

7. Carriers
